Bulgarian Gender Research Foundation (BGRF) promotes social equality and women’s human rights in Bulgaria through research, education and advocacy programs. The organization has published a number of reports on the status of women in Bulgaria. It also has developed a program for free legal protection of women survivors of violence. BGRF conducted a research on violence against women and applies legal initiatives for solving similar problems.
