Antitrafficking in Persons Strategy in Montenegro has been adopted by the Government in 2003. The Strategy addresses the prosecution, protection and prevention of trafficking in persons. It sets forth means of combating the problem, such as public awareness campaigns, educating officials, law enforcement, medical personnel, and organizations, assisting and protecting victims, gathering statistics, disciplining and/or prosecuting corrupted public officials, and reforming laws to conform to international standards.

Here you can find the Strategy in English and Serbian.
