This report precedes the drafting of the National Strategy and the Action Plan against Domestic Violence, which is carried out by the Gender Alliance for Development Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Social Issues and Equal Opportunities and supported by UNICEF. The first step for drafting the strategy is the collection and presentation of the data, as well as the evaluation of the existing situation. Hence, this report aims at presenting and analyzing the existing situation by assessing the needs and highlighting the problems that accompany domestic violence but not leading to recommendations and concrete suggestion for state or non-state institutions.

Dhuna në Familje: Paraqitje e Situatës Aktuale

Ky raport është pararendës për hartimin e Strategjisë Kombëtare dhe Planit për Veprim kundër Dhunës në Familje që kryhet nga Qendra e Aleancës Gjinore për Zhvillim në bashkëpunim me Ministrinë e Punës, Çështjeve Sociale dhe Shanseve të Barabarta dhe mbështetur nga UNICEF. Hapi i parë për hartimin e strategjisë është grumbullimi dhe prezantimi i të dhënave, si dhe vlerësimi i gjendjes ekzistuese. Si rrjedhojë, ky raport synon të përshkruajë dhe analizojë situatën duke vlerësuar nevojat dhe nxjerrë në pah problematikat që shoqërojnë dhunën në familje dhe jo të përfshijë rekomandime apo sugjerime konkrete ndaj institucioneve shtetërore dhe jo shtetërore.
