The Gender Equality Office of the Government of Montenegro prepared a Draft text of the Law on Gender Equality in Montenegro, which was positively appraised by the Council of Europe experts Ms. Else S. Thorkelsdottir, Ms. Violeta Neubauer, OSCE expert Ms. Zorica Mrsevic and professor Marijana Pajvancic. The law is in the Government procedure at the moment, after which approval is going to be sent to the Parliament for adoption.
