A young Bulgarian man has been charged with trying to "sell" a fellow countrywoman, 22, to a Greek aged 58.

Bulgaria's private bTV reported Monday that the suspect, 24, was also known to the Greek police for running a baby trafficking channel.

The Greek businessman reportedly intending to "buy" the woman claimed he was actually about to hire her in a firm, bTV said, citing Greek press.
