For two weeks in December, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) assisted with a trafficking hotline in Kosovo. The goal was to increase communication from the private sphere to public authorities by raising awareness about the problem. The campaign was aired on television and radio, and culminated on 10 December, International Human Rights Day, with a free concert. Organizers hoped the campaign would open up dialog among young people about trafficking.
