A total of six people were apprehended for trafficking Eastern European women, who were mainly from Bulgaria, and forcing them to prostitute.
Police first busted a father and his daughter, who owned the two bars where all the illegally-residing prostitutes appeared at some point. The four Bulgarian women were arrested later. They were in charge of the sex-slaves network and helped manage the bars, reports say.
Several Bulgarian prostitutes were also caught at the scene, and will be extradited back to their homeland.
