The Gender Equality Office of the Government of Montenegro presented the publication "Constitution and Gender Equality"on 8 March, 2007 in Podgorica. The publication contains presentations of the participants at the Regional conference "Gender Equality – as a part of human rights of the new Montenegrin Constitution" and conclusions from the conference in the Montenegrin, Albanian and English language.

Speakers at the presentation were Dr. Marijana Pajvancic, Dr. Maja Kostic Mandic and Nada Drobnjak. They spoke about the publication and what the text of new constitution should contain to be gender sensitive.
