Reporting Schedule

Macedonia is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report was due on 1 June 2000 and is overdue. 
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The First, Second and Third Periodic Reports were due on 30 June 1993, 30 June 1998 and 30 June 2003. All reports are now overdue. 
Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination of All Forms against Women
The First, Second, and Third Periodic Reports were due on 17 February 1995, 17 February 1999 and 17 February 2003 and are overdue. 
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Periodic Reports were due on 17 September 1998, 17 September 2000, and 17 September 2002 and are overdue. 
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second and Third Periodic Reports were due on 16 September 1998 and are overdue. 
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Second and Third Periodic Reports were due on 11 December 1999 and 11 December 2003. Both reports are now overdue.
