Reporting Schedule

Moldova is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report was submitted on 4 October 2007.
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report was submitted on 5 September 2008.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 31 July 2011 .
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Eighth and Ninth Periodic Reports are due on 25 February 2010.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second and Third Periodic Reports were submitted on 17 October 2007.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Second Periodic Report was submitted on 3 September 2007.
