Reporting Schedule

Mongolia is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Fifth Periodic Report was due on 31 March 2003 and is overdue.
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Fourth Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2003 and is overdue.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women

The Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Periodic Reports were submitted on 12 April 2007.
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Nineteenth, Twentieth, and Twenty-First Periodic Reports are due on 5 September 2010.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were submitted on 31 March 2008.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The First Periodic Report was due on 23 February 2003 and the Second Periodic Report was due on 23 February 2007. Both are now overdue.
