Reporting Schedule

Turkey is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The First Periodic Report was due on 16 December 2004 and is now overdue.
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2010.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Sixth Periodic Report was submitted on 24 October 2008.
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The First, Second and Third Periodic Reports were submited on 12 November 2007.
International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families
The First Periodic Report was due on 1 January 2006 and is now overdue.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second Periodic Report was due on 3 May 2002 and is overdue.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Third Periodic Report was due on 31 August 2005 and is now overdue.
