Reporting Schedule

Belarus is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Fifth Periodic Report was due on 7 November 2001 and is overdue.
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Fourth Periodic Report was due on 30 June 1999 and the Fifth Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2004. Both are now overdue.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Seventh Periodic Report was due on 3 September 2006 and is now overdue.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports was due on 30 October 2007 and is now overdue.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Fourth Periodic Report was due on 25 June 2000 and the Fifth Periodic Report was due on 25 June 2004. Both are overdue.
