Reporting Schedule

Bulgaria is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were due on 31 December 1994 and 31 December 1999 and are overdue. 
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Fourth Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2001 and is overdue. 
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Periodic Reports were due on 10 March 1995, 10 March 1999, 10 March 2003 and 10 March 2007. All reports are overdue. 
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Fifteenth, Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, and Nineteenth Periodic Reports were submitted on 14 January 2008. 
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third Periodic Report is due on 2 July 2013.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports were due on 25 June 2008 and are overdue.
