Reporting Schedule

Croatia is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report was submitted on 27 November 2007.
International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2006 and is now overdue.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 9 October 2009.
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Periodic Reports were submitted on 15 November 2007.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were due on 7 October 2008 and are now overdue.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The combined Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports were due on 7 October 2008 and are now overdue.
