Reporting Schedule

Czech Republic is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third Periodic Report is due on 1 August 2011.
International Convenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report was due on 30 June 2007 and is now overdue.
Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 24 March 2009. 
International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Eight and Ninth Periodic Reports are due on 1 January 2010.
Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports were due on 30 June 2008 and are now overdue.
Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 31 December 2009.
