The process for the review and amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Basics of the State Guarantees of Gender Equality” was initiated by the State and will be implemented by a group of national experts.

The group of experts was arranged by Order #62 of the President’s administration of the Kyrgyz Republic on 31.03.2006 to create a draft of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On introduction of changes and amendments into the law of the Kyrgyz Republic ‘On the Basics of the State Guarantees of Gender Equality.'”
