Fifty percent of respondents would like to see more women involved in government policy; 45% would like women to be more “visible” in political parties; 40% would like to see more women in the structure of the state administration; and 39% would welcome more women in the companies. On the other hand, every eleventh Pole would like a woman to be his or her boss – these are the findings of the newest survey conducted by the Public Opinion Research Center. 35% of the respondents consider that there should be more women on the managerial positions in the judiciary, although 41% of those polled think that the ways of employing women and men need not change.
