Case Study in Police and Courts of Yerevan 6/21/2007 6:52 AM Within the frameworks of the project “Combat domestic violence in Armenia,” the Women’s Rights Center’s lawyer in the period of 1 January – 30 March, 2007 conducted a research at police stations and courts aimed at discovering legal, administrative and institutional gaps related to the issue of domestic violence, and presenting policy recommendations, based on the analysis of the experience of foreign countries in the field of domestic violence. |
