Thursday, July 28, 2011 11:15 AM

Women’s Initiatives For Gender Justice has created a new resource to offer summaries and gender analysis of judicial decisions and other legal development at the International Criminal Court (ICC). The Legal Eye on the ICC is a regular e-letter offered in English and French and will discuss legal issues related to the prosecution of gender-based crimes in each of the situations under investigation by the ICC.

The Court currently has six situations under investigation: Uganda, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Darfur, Sudan, the Central African Republic, Kenya and Libya.
