Reporting Schedule

Tajikistan is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report was due on 1 August 2008 and is now overdue.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second and Third Periodic Reports are due on 30 June 2011.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 25 October 2010.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
 The Sixth and Seventh Periodic Reports were due on 10 February 2008 and are now overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second Periodic Report was due on 24 November 2000 and is overdue.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report was due on 5 September 2004 and is now overdue.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report was due on 5 September 2004 and is now overdue.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Second Periodic Report is due on 31 December 2008. 

International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families
The First Periodic Report was due on 1 July 2004 and is now overdue.
