Bosnia and Herzegovina is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Third Periodic Report is due on 1 November 2010.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2010.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Fourth and Fifth Periodic Reports are due 1 October 2010.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Seventh and Eighth Periodic Reports (combined) were due on 16 July 2008 and are now overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second, Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on 5 March 2009.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 20 August 2008.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 20 August 2008.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The combined Second to Fifth Periodic Reports are due on 5 March 2009.

International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families
The First Periodic Report was submitted on 2 August 2007.
