  • The Committee expressed concerns over the lack of information about sexual exploitation and trafficking of children. It also noted that Estonia had no specific law prohibiting trafficking in persons. While the Committee observed that violence against children is prohibited, it was concerned over the insufficiency of information regarding the ill-treatment of children in the home and in school, as well as domestic violence's impact on children.
