Creation of Fund for Trafficking Victims
12/17/2007 3:51 PMVilayat Eyvazov, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Interior Minister, announced the creation of the Fund of Assistance to Victims of Human Trafficking. Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan, has opened a Refuge Center, whose successfulness initiated plans for four more centers. Through the centers, victims have access to treatment for fifteen or thirty days.
