To indicate facts of second perpetration of the violence against women, to carry out an inspection of all citizens appeals in the Department of Internal Affairs and carrying out an individual preventive campaign brining to responsibility for made violations of the law.

To carry out a preventive work with people perpetrated or disposed to perpetrate violence against women and children and provide collective work with different departments, carrying out a raid actions on inspecting persons registered in the Department of Internal Affairs (unfortunate families, adult organizers and instigators), allow violation of the family and domestic law

To provide realization The Open Door Day. To create all needed conditions: advertising in Mass Media, participating of psychologist, to attract specialist from crisis centers and NGOs, work of hot-line.

According to the results of decade organize and realize the round table (or conference) for governmental bodies and NGOs, to consider the effectiveness of made actions in the frames of the decade of struggle against violence and put a recommendations in the local executive bodies.
