Kyrgyzstan is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 31 July 2004.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2005.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Third Periodic Report is due on 12 March 2006.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Second and Third Periodic Reports were due on 5 October 2000 and 5 October 2002 and are overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on 6 May 2010.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report is due on 12 March 2005.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report is due on 12 March 2005.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Second Periodic Report was due on 4 October 2002 and is overdue.

International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families
The First Periodic Report is due on 1 July 2004.
