Reporting Schedule

Moldova is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 1 August 2004.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Second and Third Periodic Reports were due on 31 July 1999 and 31 July 2003 and are overdue.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Fifth and Sixth Periodic Reports were due on 25 February 2004 and are overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second and Third Periodic Reports are due on 24 February 2005.
