Reporting Schedule

Ukraine is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Sixth Periodic Report is due on 1 November 2005.

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Fifth Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2006.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Sixth Periodic Report was due on 3 September 2002 and is overdue.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Seventeenth and Eighteenth Periodic Reports were due on 6 April 2004 and are overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on 26 September 2008.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report is due on 3 August 2005.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
 The Fifth Periodic Report was due on 25 June 2004 and is overdue.
