Reporting Schedule

Czech Republic is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 1 August 2005.

International Convenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
The Second Periodic Report is due on 30 June 2007.

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Third Periodic Report was due on 24 March 2002 and is overdue. 

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The Sixth and Seventh Periodic Reports are due on 1 January 2006.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Third and Fourth Periodic Reports are due on 30 June 2008.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict
The First Periodic Report was due on 12 February 2004 and is overdue.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Fourth Periodic Report is due on 31 December 2005.
