Tallinna Perekeskus (Tallinn Family Center) is city institution which is administered by the Social Welfare and Health Care Department. It consults children and families with children and renders them supportive services.

Tallinna Perekeskus was opened on the first of June in 2006. As a citywide coordinating institution Tallinna Perekeskus provides counseling and daily activities to the children and families with children. There are social workers and psychologists working in the center who help children with learning difficulties and behavioral problems and their parents. Consultation by e-mail and phone is given, work is individual as well as in groups.
