The State Duma of Russia Works on the Law on Prevention of Human Trafficking

The draft of the Federal Law on prevention of human trafficking has been completed. According to ИА REGNUM News Agency, Boris Gryzlov, the Chairperson of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, made the statement about the law draft on September, 16 at the plenary meeting of the speakers’ summit of G-8 in St. Petersburg.

“The working groups closely cooperates with non-governmental agencies focused on combating human trafficking”, - Gryzlov said at the meeting.

The speaker expressed his concern of illegal migration and human trafficking.
