Reporting Schedule

Turkey is required to submit periodic reports detailing its compliance with and implementation of the following international conventions:

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
The Sixth Periodic Report is due on 19 January 2007.

International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
The First Periodic Report was due on 15 October 2003 and is overdue.

Convention on the Rights of the Child
The Second Periodic Report was due on 3 March 2002 and is overdue.

Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography
The First Periodic Report is due on 19 September 2004.

Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
The Third Periodic Report is due on 31 August 2005.
