2012 Ukraine UN Country Team Report, Government of Ukraine- United Nations Partnership Framework 2012-2016 (July 2013).  This report provides a general country report by the UN regarding major developments or political events in Ukraine.

Country Report 2013: UkraineWomen Against Violence Europe (WAVE). Annual report published by WAVE documenting the prevalence of violence against women in each country reviewed and services such as shelter, health care and counseling available to women victims of violence.

Country Reports on Human Rights Practices for 2013: Ukraine, U.S. Department of State Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor. Section 6 contains information on women’s rights in Ukraine.

Towards a People’s Partnership in the ENP: Ukraine, Women’s Perspectives Ukraine (Feb. 2009).  This report looks at the relationship between Ukraine and the west and the steps Ukraine has taken towards complying with European Union standards, including in the realm of women’s rights.

Universal Periodic Review of Ukraine, Submission to the Human Rights Council, Human Rights Watch (May 2008). This report summarizes the most pressing human rights issues in Ukraine, including a section on discrimination against women in employment in employment.

Alternative Report on the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination Against Women in Ukraine, Women’s Consortium of Ukraine (2008). This report summarizes the most pressing gender-related human rights issues in Ukraine, including a section on discrimination against women in employment in employment.

Human Rights in Ukraine 2008 Report, Amnesty International (2008). This short report summarizes human rights abuses occurring in Ukraine, including a paragraph on violence against women. The site links to numerous other short articles by Amnesty International on violence and discrimination against women in Ukraine.

Human Rights in Ukraine – 2007: Humans Rights Organisations Report, Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union (2008).  This report, created cooperatively by dozens of Ukrainian non-profit organizations, gives an overview of current human rights issues in Ukraine and includes a chapter on domestic violence and a chapter on human trafficking. 

Human Rights in the OSCE Region: Europe, Central Asia and North America, Report 2007 (Events of 2006), International Helsinki Federation for Human Rights (March 2007). This report discusses the general human rights situation of year, including a section specifically on Ukraine, pages 192-196.

EU Gender Watch: A Gender Analysis of EU Development Instruments and Policies In Ukraine, Oksana Kisselyova and Iryna Trokhym, The Network of East-West Women (2007). This report looks at the efforts being done within Ukraine and by European government and non-profit organizations to improve the situation for women in Ukraine and makes recommendations on how E.U. funding can be most beneficial in the future. 

Combating Domestic Violence: Ukrainian and International Experience, West Ukrainian Centre “Women’s Perspectives,” The European Commission and The Heinrich Böll Foundation, Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University (2007).  This study analyzes the scope of the problem of domestic violence in Ukraine and looks at strategies that have been utilized in other countries to combat it and how they could be used within Ukraine.

Trafficking in Ukraine: An Assessment of Current Responses, United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, (April 2005). This report looks extensively at Ukraine’s efforts to combat human trafficking, looking at statistics and current programs being implemented by the Ukrainian national government, law enforcement agencies, and non-profit organizations.
