Human Rights in Ukraine – 2007: Humans Rights Organisations Report, Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union (2008). This report, created cooperatively by dozens of Ukrainian non-profit organizations, gives an overview of current human rights issues in Ukraine and includes a chapter on domestic violence and a chapter on human trafficking.

EU Gender Watch: A Gender Analysis of EU Development Instruments and Policies In Ukraine, Oksana Kisselyova and Iryna Trokhym, The Network of East-West Women (2007). This report looks at the efforts being done within Ukraine and by European government and non-profit organizations to improve the situation for women in Ukraine and makes recommendations on how E.U. funding can be most beneficial in the future.
Combating Domestic Violence: Ukrainian and International Experience, West Ukrainian Centre “Women’s Perspectives,” The European Commission and The Heinrich Böll Foundation, Publishing House of Lviv Polytechnic National University (2007). This study analyzes the scope of the problem of domestic violence in Ukraine and looks at strategies that have been utilized in other countries to combat it and how they could be used within Ukraine.
Trafficking in Ukraine: An Assessment of Current Responses, United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund, (April 2005). This report looks extensively at Ukraine’s efforts to combat human trafficking, looking at statistics and current programs being implemented by the Ukrainian national government, law enforcement agencies, and non-profit organizations.
