A teen working at a Burger King restaurant in Sandy, Oregon, United States, has successfully sued her employer, Kaizen Restaurants, Inc. for sexual harassment. The company, which operates dozens of Burger King restaurants in Oregon and Washington, agreed to pay $150,000 to settle the lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. According to the EEOC, the teen was relentlessly pursued by her older, married supervisor with unwelcome sexual comments and touching.
