The “All In Plus” project, a joint initiative between the EU and the Council of Europe, aimed to promote greater gender equality in European sport by supporting public authorities and sport organizations in designing and implementing gender-inclusive policies. Building on its predecessor, the project produced recommendations and an analytical report highlighting both progress and persistent disparities. Key findings revealed significant underrepresentation of women in decision-making roles, coaching, and sports officiating, with variations across countries. The project also noted an increase in sports organizations adopting policies to prevent gender-based violence and promote balanced media representation.
