The Advocates Analyzes Turkmenistan's Penal Legislation

In partnership with Progres Foundation and for Turkmenistan's upcoming CEDAW review, The Advocates analyzed Turkmenistan's Criminal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, and Administrative Code and made recommendations to strengthen the law and enhance victim safety and offender accountability.
