Albania Passes Domestic Violence Law 3/6/2007 12:10 PMThe Parliament in Albania recently approved a law "On Measures Against Violence in Family Relations," to address criminal acts of domestic violence. The Law will is based on 78 and 83 point 1 of the Constitution, and passed upon the proposal of 20 000 voters. It will enter into force on 1 June 2007.
