A five-day OSCE-sponsored training was recently held in Tajikistan.  The goal of the training was to raise awareness of gender equality issues and how to incorporate that awareness into lawmaking.  Fourteen Members of Parliament attended the training, which was led by two Russian Academy of State Service Professors.  This was the first training of its kind in Tajikistan, and is part of OSCE’s gender equality efforts in the country.
