Reports on Lithuania and Slovakia to be reviewed by the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women

In its 41st Session, June 30th to July 18th, the Committee on Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) will examine the Fourth Periodic Reports from Lithuania and Slovakia.

 

The reports state the legal and other measures taken toward the elimination of discrimination against women; the changes made in achieving equality between women and men in the political, social, and cultural life, and; the problems that still persist in the area, as well as the plans, intents and policies to address those challenges.
