The draft states that the Commission on the Status of Women has decided to re-affirm the Bejing Declaration and Platform of Action, emphasizing the need to find human and financial resources to fund gender programs. The draft also calls upon all states to incorporate a gender perspective into all economic policies, public financing, and development strategies.
