CEDAW Shadow Report on Azerbaijan Released

An alternative report to Azerbaijan's periodic report to the Committee on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women has been released. The alternative report, produced by the Azerbaijan Gender Association "Symmetry" and with the support of Women Network Program of Open Society Institute, examines the Azerbaijani government's implementation of CEDAW throughout 2001-2005 and makes recommendations.
