Repeat domestic violence offenses have spurred the Czech Republic to create programs for “individuals with tendencies towards violence.” Perpetrators could receive therapy or special aid as a result of the guidelines being produced by the Government Council for Equal Opportunities Domestic Violence Prevention Committee. Of 900 cases in the last year where perpetrators were forced to leave their homes because of the violence, 60 were repeat cases.
