The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), in cooperation with five national European gender equality documentation centers and libraries, has recently launched Europe’s Resources on Gender-based Violence to provide comparable data on violence against women in the European Union.

Europe’s Resources on Gender-based Violence, hosted by EIGE’s Resource & Documentation Centre, is an on-line resource which contains more than 26,000 references (policy documents, online files, books, articles and databases) and will be updated regularly. Information is easy accessible via an online search tool for all EU institutions, Member States researchers and everyone who is interested in this area. It is available in several languages.
