Spain: Increase in A.I.-Generated Non-Consensual Pornographic Images of Women and Children

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-generated non-consensual pornographic images or videos, usually of women or minors, in which the face of the original image is replaced with that of another individual are known as deepfakes. The creation of this content has been on the rise in Spain, including fake nude images of teenagers in Almendralejo. Such deepfakes are a form of violence against women.
