Researchers from Clemson University and Appalachian State University recently released their findings after analyzing data from 80 studies spanning 1991 to 2021 that evaluated campus sexual assault prevention programs at US colleges and universitites. Among their findings were that prevention programs affect participants' knowledge but had no significant effect on the rate of sexual assaults. Also, although US federal law has required such programs at colleges and universities, only about half are actually fully implementing these measures.
